We are almost to the Christmas Break and your children are excited, what a fun time of the year.  I love the excitement of your children, THANKS for sharing them with me.  Please have a fun and safe HOLIDAY!!  We will see you next year!!!
Just another reminder we are working on a special Christmas Gift for our Families.  The cost of the gift will be $1.50.  If your child could do some extra chores around the house, to help me pay for the gift that would be great.  Each child WILL make one, but this could be an excellent way for your child to learn the true spirit of giving!!!

What an exciting time of year!  You can just feel the excitement when you walk into our classroom!!  We are busy getting ready for Christmas!!  We are making lots of fun things while working hard to be ready for DIBELS testing and Kindergarten Assessment in January as soon as we come back!!

In your child's homework folder today you should have found the letter "N" writing practice and a sheet that you are wondering what you should do with!! :)  The sheet is just for you, to help your child practice and be ready for DIBELS in January!!  Please practice "Sound Conventions" with your child!  The tables show you how to pronounce the the letter name and the letter sound, then gives you and example of how it is used in a word!  This is more of a help for you, however if you have any questions please let me know!
