Kindergarten News

                       April 22-29

            Kindergarten END OF LEVEL ASSESSMENT started yesterday.  Mrs. Blackener and I are busy testing students!!  Please help your child be ready for their assessment by….Making sure they have plenty of sleep and a good healthy breakfast before school! ...... Practice SIGHT WORDS (they need at least 25)……Brush up on LETTERS and NUMBERS….. ADDING and SUBTRACTING……RHYMING WORDS and WRITING, Letters, numbers and sentences. 

                       THANKS SO MUCH FOR ALL YOU DO!!

If you know any children who will be attending Kindergarten NEXT YEAR please let them know we need them to come in and register in the office!!!

·         We are finished with our Skills Sheet, however your last reading Calendar is in the

homework folder this week!

·        Also, our LAST BOOK ORDER is coming home today!!  Please get me your order by

WEDNESDAY, April 30^th.

                       April 7-22

            We are planning the Annual Kindergarten EASTER EGG HUNT!!!  It will be on Tuesday, April 15^th.  See the attached permission slip and sign and return ASAP!!  I need EACH child to donate a bag of INDIVIDUALLY WRAPED candy for this special day!!  THANKS for your help!!  I also need a few parents to help “hide” the candy, let me know if you are available to help!!
