Dear Parents,

 

We are in desperate need of help for our Halloween Carnival.  We are trying some new things this year and for our biggest fundraiser of the year to succeed we could really use any help we could get.  The carnival will be Sat.  Oct. 27th from 11-3.  It will be outdoors, (weather permitting).  We will have bounce houses, carnival games, face painting, and animal balloons. We will have booths for cotton candy, carmel apples, and barbequing hotdogs, and having a chili cook off. 

 

We need help setting up before the event at 8:30 am, and taking stuff down after 3 pm. 

We need help with game booths, as well as food booths. 

We need help with the barbeque. 

We need people to bring their favorite chili.  All entries have chance to win a prize (dinner for 2 at Garden House). 

We also have a lot of candy that needs to be bagged the day before the event. 

 

We know it will be busy that day with a lot going on around the community. Every little bit of help is greatly appreciated.
