Kindergarten News
September 10-17
We have
had quite the exciting start already, we have done an evacuation drill, fire
drill and an earthquake drill! We will
be doing a lock down drill soon, then we will be prepared for any thing. We have had speech screenings, and will be having dental screening, hearing
screening and vision screening in October.
Letter “A” has visited us and
have taught us all about her sound, what begins with “A”, how to write the
upper and lower case and we are learning what it looks like. We are going to work on the letters “L” and
“M” next!!Please continue to practice at home.
We are also talking about the number
ONE, and learning how to write
it!!! J

doing on your KINDERGARTEN SKILLS SHEET and READING RECORD. These two homework assignments are due when
complete or at the end of the month.

* Please help us out by having your child go
to the bathroom each day before they come to school. Everyone is needing to
“GO” first thing and there is only one stall
